Harry Nilsson was born June 15th, 1941 in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. His song, "1941", was featured as the second track on Pandemonium Shadow Show. Derek Taylor, the Beatles publicist, heard the song on the radio and ordered a case of records which he shared with people, including The Beatles. John Lennon called Harry and praised the album, which he had listened to in a 36-hour marathon.
